Shocking and pathetic client service

I have been waiting for a pothole damage claim for the last two months and I have been dealing with Sibongile Ngondo from the Road Protect team. She didn't even bother giving me a reference number to follow up with NRA myself as she isn't bothered with assisting or retaining my family and myself as a client of Road Protect.

The last time she responded to my email, she asked me the same question she asked me on the 24/01/2022 when i submitted my forms and on 03/03/2022 which was the last time i heard from her, she then asked me the same question about the street or suburb this happened. It's pathetic, and makes me doubtful if she even submitted my claim.

She really does not care about client service, and displays absolutely pathetic business etiquette and to make matters worse, they are associated with Tiger Wheel and Tyre.

I understand you they deal with different stakeholders and all I have ever requested was weekly updates on the progress and it is when you see that you are just a number that they draw a debit order from, I have lost confidence in this business and I am appalled at the lack of empathy or concern of walking clients through the process.

They don't give feedback or even answer your calls.
