Roadprotect sent me an invoice with an additional penalty for a car disc that was not due to be renewed. After I made the payment, i discovered the disc only expires at the end of November. When I asked them to cancel the renewal, no-one responded to my emails. They knew that it could be renewed within two month of the expiry date. So they waited until the first day of October, renewed it, and told me that it is already paid and can not be reversed. Please be careful with this company. They can also not pickup vehicle fines, so it is basically useless. They were previously able to do that. Now, we have a renewal disc for two months that was already paid for. I canceled my subscription with them. It is not a good feeling when you can not trust a service provider.
