Service Excellence

It is not often that I am able to compliment a company on outstanding service delivery but today I would like to do just that. Under normal circumstances it is a absolute nightmare trying to renew your car license at the post office and with the pandemic it is now far worse. That's is if you can actually find a post office that hasn't closed its doors yet. The staff at Road Protect are extremely efficient and a BIG thank you to Tamica, Anja and every one else I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Never again will I have to worry about outstanding traffic fines I am not even aware of or trying to renew my car license when the post offices have gone offline. I highly recommend Road Protect to anyone looking to take the stress and anxiety out of long hours of queuing at either the post office or traffic department and that's just a few of the benefits you get when signing up with them.
