Road Protect - zero Service Delivery or Customer Service
For almost a full year, only 1 notification/reminder of vehicle license renewal - I have had to remind Road Protect that my vehicle's license is or has expired. In addition, email sent to myself with one of their clients details, id number, car license registration etc. Sent several emails, no response or reaction from Road Protect. I pay monthly for a service, but receive no service and no response
