Road Protect worst service ever!!! DO NOT USE THEM!

This is the worst service I ever received from a service provider. Road Protect on the 28th August I have made payment. No one informed me to submit additional documents. Documents were successfully submitted on 18 September, the SLA was 7 to 14 days. Today is the 18th business day and I have been **** too since then, by Ledohang Motaung. No responses on my email. I send detailed emails and follow up of what I need and then Ledohang Motaung respond with "how can we help you". Your frustrating service provider, actually lack of service. I called several times and left messages and no responds. Don't do business with them. Cancel the service because I don't trust to deal with you any further. Your company don't know what SLA is. Your company don't deserve to be called protection because you can't protect your customers, you only interest to protect yourself. Really really really really the worst company to deal with. Your reference no is *****675, *****070, *****542. Call me to cancel because I have wasted a lot of airtime on your inadequate service.
