ROAD PROTECT TOOK MY MONEY AND WENT QUITE ON ME!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER

I paid for online license disc renewal online through wesbank. After I received no feedback I called and Wesbank indicated Road Protect is responsible for their license renewal. Getting hold of Road Protect has been a nightmare. I have nit been able to reach them on the line and when I do send them an email I get the same automated response that says you will received your disc within 14 days. Today is day 30 and I still have not recieved any disc. CAN YOU PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!
