Road Protect take your money yet fail to give you what is promised.

Because I did not send my supporting documents to the right email they refused to get my licence renewed.

No where was it stipulated in the emails what email address to use

they have taken my renewal money and I'm struggling to get it back appears they are holding onto my monies for as long as they can I have also cancelled my policy with them they have conveniently ignored my request and instruction

Due to the fact that nothing has been done for all the monies I paid in monthly I should rightfully get a refund.

maybe if I get my lawyer involved action will be taken.
