The number 1 ranking on this company on their emails is clearly a ****. I've had a cover with them for a while now and was drawn particularly with the vehicle renewal option. The whole point of having taken this was to outsource the admin that has to do with license disc renewals. On my recent renewal, I was told some error with the department, which I do not quite understand. I sent a mail first thing in the morning, no response. I have also contact their number/call centre and waited for over an hour.

Of course she would not have picked anything under my ID as the documents supporting the renewal were that of my wife, a car registered on her name and on my garage. I can confirm though that she has subsequently reached out and is trying to help. It is unfortunate that it had to take this review to get a response from Road Protect.
