Road Protect PTy Ltd and Wesbank take my money and nothing!

I stated with the process to renew my car and my trailers license. I was emailed documents from Dineo which I promptly sent back with all supporting documents including sending the proof of payment to the specified email address. I was then emailed by Liza who said that my payment was refunded because of outstanding documents but that actually they have all the documents so I need to make another payment. I checked my account and no such refund has come through and it' been 2 and a half weeks now and I have heard nothing from anyone even though I have emailed them both several times and tried calling the call center which I just hold on for ages wasting my airtime. This is bad service from a company that is associated with Wesbank and FNB.
