After 4 messages on FNB Navcar App on my online car registration, I reached out to Andrea Steenkamp @ Roadprotect as my paperwork went via Road Protect Services. Andrea was most helpfull in keeping me in the loop and liaised with FNB noting that I'd recieve an email from "Tammy" within the next few days.
Andréa Steenkamp has been most helpful in a very courteous manner in at least trying to help me gets me answers from FNB regarding my car License application. Whilst I have still not received any answers , I am grateful that she’s taken to the time to at least answer me.
