Road Protect - Poor Service

This service is not worth it. My license had already expired and no reminder or renewal was done. After notifying them I was promised an immediate response from the service team. A week later I still had no response and had to follow up again. This time I received an invoice from them for the renewal plus late payment penalty for the license.

The payment was completed and now I am still waiting for the license. Definitely this service is not worth a single cent.
