Road Protect is **** (Worst Car Licence Renewal service)

I just want to bring this to your attention; when I paid for licence renewal on your App on 03 August 2020, FNB did not state that the nonsense that they now have put up on their App.

They promised a turn around of 14 days. Now that they are struggling to get their house into order, hiding behind this Covid restrictions, they have decided to blindly extend the turn around time without notifying us. They did not give customers a chance to say "are they happy with waiting longer than anticipated or not", instead, their mouth is shut. Not even replying or responding to my requests.

I have sent them emails several times requesting for a refund; yet they still continue to **** me off by not replying to my emails.

I am so fed up now. They don't know how this bad service of yours is affecting the owner of the vehicle. Now she's unable to pay her disc of her other car because of FNB's nonsense and lies.

Even now the disc has not been processed. 14 days has passed already. No apology or anything from them.

FNB you're putting your name in the mud because of these guys. I need my refund otherwise I will be reporting you to Ombudsman.
