Road protect is a **** to South African people
Road protect is a **** for us I’ve been paying R100 every month and in their policy they said service is free they will renew my license disk and courier it to me but now they telling me I have to pay for my license disk they will just courier it to me but when I join they never said such, this road protect is not protecting is just killing us I’ve been paying for nothing they never assisted me, I need my license disk I can not pay R504 on top of the moneys I’ve been paying always

22 Dec 2021, 15:10The time I join the person made me join said I would not pay for license disk they will pay for it and deliver it to me but now I have to pay it myself what a big **** is this, yoh this people are cruel roadprotect is cruel people should never join it this company is there to take our money that we worked really hard for it and they just take it just like that they don’t deserve it. They do day light *******

As discussed, telephonically we did investigate the complaint regarding the license renewal and can confirm that after listening to the voice recording our sales consultant did explain the benefits to you as well as advise that we will send you an invoice for the renewal amount and once we receive your proof of payment we will then have the license renewed and delivered to you and the delivery and service is free
