ROAD PROTECT IS A ********** COMPANY

After logging my initial complaint in the 19th of Nov and dealing with Elandi Fourie and Tamryn Christie, all I have received is EMPTY promises. I do still not have the vehicles licenses that I paid for in September. All the excuses I have received does not do justice to the fact that I paid for my licenses in September and it is now December. I paid thousands of rands and Road Protect has basically ran off with my money. They refuse to issue me with my licenses and yesterday I called Elandi she was apparently in a meeting and I am still waiting for her to call me back. I have received another fine which I sent to Elandi as my vehicle license is expired. So each time I drive my car and park it I am so anxious that I might receive another fine. Is that FAIR? I supported this company and paid for a service which they clearly do not deliver. Now I am sitting with a massive mess. December is upon us and the traffic officials are out and about however ROAD PROTECT has my funds and they don't care. I am basically at my wits end. What should I do contact Carte Blanch to get a reaction and get what I paid for? This is absolutely pathetic.
