Road Protect is a ****

I recently signed up with Tiger Wheel & Tyre for a tyre insurance policy. Expecting a call from them, I accepted a call from Road Protect who must have *****ently obtained my contact details. They agreed to assist me with my claim, confirming that the August premium (which I had paid to TWT) had been paid and that, seeing that the claim would take around 6 weeks to finalize, I needed to pay for September also. They have now refused to assist with the claim - all calls made to their contact number are dropped and it appears that Gugu does not exist. This is a ****.
