Road Protect Extremely Poor Customer Service
Please save yourself from extremely poor customer service. I have dealt with two Road Protect Consultants(Liza Human and Chante Haywood) regarding licence renewals. Both consultants lack professional communication s****s and cannot convey critical information effectively. I have struggled the passed 4 weeks to renew my licence with no success. I can just imagine how frustrated other customers could get if they have other services with Road Protect. I do not recommend the use of Road Protects services to anyone. Do not use the FNB licence renewal process, FNB should reevaluate their partnership with Road Protect.
