Road Protect- Extremely Bad Service for renewing licence disc. More than 40 days waiting Period
The service from Road protect has been appalling. I app**** for a license renewal through FNB on the 6th of Sept and sent through my documents. I received an email on the 23rd of September that my documents are being processed and that it'll take a few days for the delivery of my license disc. That few days has now been 24 days to date. Its been 40 days since I sent through my request for license disc renewal and I have still not received it. I've tried emailing and calling multiple times for feedback with no response. I am accumulating ticket fines for an expired license disc thanks to Road Protect. This service is extremely bad and I would not recommend it to anyone.
