Road Protect - Driver Protect is a **** (Waste of Money)

I took out a policy with them after they called me and said they are working with Wesbank. Then I renewed my license disc through them early September, but still haven't received my disc so I'm driving with an unlicensed car. I tried calling multiple times but takes over 30min for someone to answer. Sometimes nobody picks up. I sent multiple emails only got automated response that they will get back to me within 24hrs, but they respond very late and sometimes they never respond. I want my money back so I can renew my license disc myself. Also will be reporting them to the ombudsman.
