Road Protect - Do not renew your license with this company

If I could give zero I would. Tried to renew my vehicle license in July 2020. After a month I decided to renew the license myself at the municipality to avoid penalties. Requested the cancelation of my license through Road Protect and a refund. Had to phone FNB customer care to get a response from this company after a week and several emails later. Eventually they did not process my request in time and they delivered a renewed license disk but for a vehicle I do not own. This company's business model is truely concerning since client's sensitive information is not protected, (as in the case of the wrong license disk), emails just bouces from one person to another without any response and I still have not received any refund 4 months later.
