ROAD PROTECT - DISSAPOINTMENT
im highly disappointing in this company! i have send them my details for my license to be delivered, i have send them my proof of payment.... i totally forgot to forward my proof of residence and my id. yet they did not have the decency to follow up requesting outstanding documents.... ive send several emails because i did not received my renewal license disk, without being informed that they haven't received my documents that was outstanding. this has been 2 weeks and 3 days, i have followed up again. there after they will respond back that they have cancelled my disk due to outstanding documents! without informing me via email or telephone calls! im really disappoint Road protect!!!

We tried contacting you telephonically at 13:15 but could not get hold of you and did respond via email We confirm that you received an email on the 16/02/2021 with an invoice for your renewal and a request for the required documents which we did not receive We then received your payment on the 17/02/2021 and another system request for the documents was send via email and we still did not receive any documents We would like to still assist you with the renewal and look forward to receiving the required documents Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further queries.
