Road Protect, big joke.....

Got an unsuspected call by a gentleman called Thabang , het was help full and supp**** me with needed information. I advised him that i do not drive a Renuald Kwid as stipulated on the application, i instead drive a Ford Fiesta Ecoboost, this was advised to him on the 01/10/2021, it is now 05/10/2021 and still no changes. This makes me wonder where they got the info in the firs place, and even after i advised the this is not correct, it is still not corrected. What if the car should `be ******, will they be looking for a Renual....LOL.... and who will be blamed for this at the end. So if this starts off like this i do not know how it is going to end... And i do pay for this.... big joke already. Jacques. There is really no service in this country at all... O ja not even a follow up.
