Road Protect appreciation

I wish to say thank you very much for the excellent service I received from the FNB NavCar Road protect team during the renewal of my vehicle licenses during this lockdown period. Special mention to Darren Seath and Tamica Veale who went out of their way to help a pensioner like me obtaining my vehicle licenses avoiding long queues and personal contact during these COVID-19 lockdown times. I app**** for vehicle licenses via the FNB NavCar App at a cost of R199.00 per vehicle. I received prompts and notifications on my FNB App. However, then I had issues with traffic summonses and Tamica Veale was the first to help me going out of her way and the extra mile to clear my name in order for me to get my license. She stayed in contact with me regularly to keep me updated. Obviously during this lockdown period there will be challenges and here Darren Seath cane to the fore to speed up the process for me and made sure my vehicle licenses is delivered without further hiccups. I have now received my discs via the courier without leaving my home. If I had to fo it myself, I would have to stand in long queues all day long, had to go to court to settle my summonses, clear my name and then only apply for vehicle licenses. This was a R199.00 well spent. Thank you Darren Seath and Tamica Veale of FNB NavCar Road Protect for excellent services and making my life so easy as s pensioner during these trying times.
