Road protect and FNB worse license renewal process ever, please avoid

I renewed my license disc via FNB NAVCAR, I was requested to submit supporting documents which I did on the 13th of October. I still don't have the disc, I wrote several emails, I made multiple calls, at least three times a day, they keep saying tomorrow, I'm stuck, I don't know what to do, I'm out of options. the consultants never return my calls,neither emails, i receive empty promises that my disc will be delivered. I pad and extra r200 for service -FOR what exactly i received **** service .
