REPEAT COMPLAINT: Road Protect (Pty) Ltd is a **** avoid it at all costs.

*****NOTE THIS IS A REPEAT OF PREVIOUS COMPLAINT I LOGGED 5 DAYS AGO*****

THIS BEYOND DISAPPOINTING, STILL NO WORD AFTER BEING PROMISED A MANAGER WILL CALL ME....NO CALL NO EMAIL NO SMS

" I have renewed my car license through the FNB app >> nav life, after 3 weeks they sent a courier guy to deliver me an invoice and without the car license disc attached.

When I contacted the bank call-centre they told me they cant help me and I should contact on-road protect directly, but when I do that no one answers my calls...I have since sent multiples emails and after 13 days still no response.

I am beyond disappointed and they take your money every month (R95) and took my renewal fee for nothing.

I am severely distress that they do not even give me reasons for what they sent.

I would like to cancel this service as well. "
