Renewal of vehicle license through FNB & Road Protect.
I have reapp**** for my vehicle license on the 10th August 2020. Documents approved and accepted on the 12th August 2020. Turn around time 14 working days? My License expired on the 31st of August 2020. Still waiting for feedback from Road Protect as to when I will receive my license. No answer when phoning, you just get put on hold the whole time. Sent numerous emails and have had no response from them. Will never work through FNB or Road Protect again.

28 Sept 2020, 13:13So after receiving emails "promising" I will get a photo of my license before the long weekend they have specially sent a driver to collect for me.
I now get an email saying that the driver was unable to collect.
They will send a driver during the course of the week to collect.
32 working days later and still no license.
