Refund refused

Road protect refuses to refund me my R2 791 paid on the 8th of June 2022 after not delivering the service requested..

Hi There,

I am happy to say that I did receive a phone call yesterday from one of the Road Protect managers. She was very patient and kind. I really appreciate that.

Also, Dineo Mashao was very kind on the phone and she sent an email to the Road Protect Finance Department enquiring about my refund.

Nadia Nienaber, from Road Protect Finance Department, was very helpful and efficient. She has been keeping me up to date on the status of my refund. The Last email from her has proof of payment attached to it.

The three ladies I dealt with from yesterday from Road Protect have managed to erase all those feelings of frustration and changed my opinion of Road Protect completely. This is my first time dealing with Road Protect. So, I am happy to report a pleasant experience at the end of it all 🙂
