Really ****py service from a company claiming to be No1 on Hallo Peter

I sent Road Protect all the documentation to renew 2 vehicle licenses and paid for them in full, on 5 July 2023. Licenses expired on 30 June and I had 21 days grace to renew. In spite of following up at least twice before going overseas on 22 July, i still had no renewal discs. On my return on 4 Sept, I againf followed up and was told that the licences were blocked. No reason for the blockage was given. Eventually after more correspondence I received and license renewal , but no disc for one vehicle. I then went to the Post Office myself and got license discs for both vehicles after paying the PO directly for the second vehicle. The guy at the PO said he could see no reason for the refusal to license both vehicles and print their discs. Road Protect has refused to refund any costs.
