Really dissapointed

Extremely poor service. I received an infringement in July 2020, which I forwarded to them, it was not on the system and they proceeded to get it captured and I paid according to the invoice received from them. Later on I saw another notice on my banking app for the same date and queried it. It was exactly the same description and date with a different number. I followed up with them to get it removed as it was already handled, but to no avail. When renewing my drivers license this week, I had to pay to infringement again at a much higher cost than the original and feedback I am getting from Road Protect states it is a different infringement. This is unacceptable service as I have requested numerous times for this error to be fixed. On a similar note, last year I had to pay a penalty to renew my vehicle's license as Road Protect did not do anything when I requested the service to renew the disc and had to go and do it myself. I am disgusted to pay for this service on a monthly basis.
