Raod Protect useless

I paid for my licenses renewal on the 10 February 2022, the vehicle license expired on the 28 February 2022, on the 11 February 2022 I received an email from a Andrea Steenkamp requesting for additional documentation, that was submitted on the same day. On 7 March 2022 after not receiving a call, a sms or a email from Roadprotect I called them, the lady I Spoke apologies and assured she will get back to me, today after no one got back to when I called I am told it is Northwest Provincial Government fault.1. I work for North West Provincial Government and it will not take a 6 year old child 6 weeks to renew a license, this is not NWPG fault 2. After 5 weeks of no communication as was told nothing happened and was told Road protect will get back to me, 1 week later nobody got back to me and now it is Government fault pathetic. Stay away from this people and Wesbank be careful who you endorse on you webpage
