Protect your frustration levels at all costs - don't use Road Protect

Let it be known that this company is the category winner of most ineffective people and processes. Renewed on FNB without knowing (as there is no warning) that a vehicle license with them takes 7-14 days (10 mins if you mission to the PO yourself). I wanted acknowledgement of application - too much to ask so it was ignored. I asked for a turnaround time - too high level for them so was ignored. Then 3 days later a junior asks me for my ID. Wow - talk about quick to the draw. She has 3 people on her out of office response so I email all 3 to ask why this process has been so poor - ETA, communication, acknowledgement. Surprise - no response until I sent a scathing email to them. Then some low level response NOT dealing with the issue.
