Pro tip: Don't ignore your customers!

As a subscriber, I received an email reminder that my vehicle licence is due for renewal. I responded to the email and was told that my query (***1) would be assigned to a consultant within 24 hours. Two days later I had no response, so I sent another email. It's now six days since the original request and I've not been helped by anyone. I subscribed to this service via the AA and I will be reporting this to them as they should be aware of the poor service their partner is providing. Unfortunately this isn't the first time Road Protect has failed to meet their obligation to me. I've seen some 5 star reviews of one of your consultants on this website. Please assign my query to that guy!
