Pothole Claim since November 2022 still under investigation

Zero review _Tiger Wheel Greenstone sold me the insuance which is called tigeradvantage and was told that it covers potholes, order expired licence disk on request etc. I was lured to sign for R99 which is debited from my account without fail. On the 22 November 2022 on the rainy day my car hit the pothole and when I took it to Tyger Wheel at Greenstone was told that the tyre was damaged and need replacement. I asked to claim and was now directed to send email to tigeradvantage@roadprotect .. where they asked for numerous documents to be sent and were sent on the 17 November 2022 and additional documents were asked and were finally sent on the 29 November 2023. Documents were sent but when following up I was told that the claim is still under investigation. I called and send emails almost every two weeks with no success. Up until today I am told that they claim against the riad authorities which was not indicated to me when I signed for this policy. Could perhaps anyone advise where can I take the matter because it's been 6 months now and I am not happy
