Poor service delivery.

I would never recommend this cover to anyone. Cancel it if you have it before you get to the day you need assistance and only realize then that you’ve wasted your money. When I took out the cover, I was promised that they would notify me everytime I get a traffic fine and then negotiate for a discount on my behalf. On the 14th of Feb 2020 I got captured by a speed camera and got notified by the traffic department via sms a few days later. I never heard from road protect. No discount was negotiated. But they continued to debit my account every month. Fast forward a year later I start getting notified by email of my fines. They promise to negotiate a discount, but when the discounted invoice came back I logged in to pay city and actually realized that the amount they put in as the discounted amount is actually the original fine amount. On the invoice, road protect multiples it by two to **** the original amount and put the fine amount as the discounted amount. Which means it’s in essence what I was gonna pay without their involvement. Upon inquiry with this really *********** lady by the name of MarykeOberholzer she only says now that the Aaron fines are discounted by the department for everyone and they can’t negotiate on those. I need to settle within 32 days to take advantage of the discount. This made me even more dissatisfied because the never informed me about some of my fines to enable me to take advantage of the discount. She and her manage(Elandi Fourie) **** and said they had sent an email to me for the fine but i requested proof which they couldn’t provide to date. I also requested the phone call recording of the day when I took out the cover, they said they would get it but now they don’t even respond to my emails. The phone rings for 10 mins before you can actually speak to anyone and still won’t be assisted. I really want my premiums back because I have never received any benefit from this cover and you failed to deliver the service promised. This company is a huge **** I’m really determined to take legal action if I don’t get back my money. I promise you.
