Poor Service
- Feedback is poor: I have to keep calling them to get feedback and Im told someone will call back but they dont. - I dont get answers to the specific questions I ask. - I regret using this service. Its would've taken me a single trip to the Post office but now I'll have to wait weeks along with the headache (I was supposed to have avoided) of chasing after people. - I dont know why FNB uses this company.
