Poor service
Not sure why this Company is claiming to be the number 1 rated on Hellopeter. I am being helped by someone called Maryke Oberholzer who is very unprofessional, I submitted my documents for car Personalized plates on 13 June even today that lady cannot give me an update on the progress of my application, she only replies to my emails saying she can't get through to the department, can I really pay R3600 for this *********** behavior, not sure even if they are legit

As confirmed with you the application for the Personalized Number plate was submitted to the North West Department of Roads and Transport and we have done daily follow ups with them to get feedback on the progress but have not had any response until yesterday afternoon where they only confirmed that they are busy with the process. We will continue to do daily follow ups with them to ensure that this gets processed as quickly as possible in order for us to get the license and number plates to you
