Poor customer service

<p>In 2015 i subscribed to roadprotect services which part of the services is to provide the user with a notification a month prior to the expiry date of the vehicle license disc.</p> <p> </p> <p>Furthermore roadprotect on behalf of the user collects the new license disc from the traffic department and delivers at the user's door step. This service proved convenient for me as i do not like waiting in the long queues at the department. </p> <p> </p> <p>Problem is since I've became a customer of roadprotect in 2015 they have failed me for 3 consecutive years to provide me with the notifications as they promised. I have brought this to their attention on all occasions and all i get is excuses and empty promises every time. </p>
