POLICY I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT

Sibusiso called with the number *** and said he is from Netstar and knowing that am a client of netstar I communicated with him only to find out that he is a ********* lying and *****ing information from netstar to contract people to Road protect that he didn't say anything about during the call.. I later received an sms saying that I have taken a policy with Road protect which I knew nothing about. I immediately called and requested Sibusiso to no avail until today. I would like to report them and get them penalized for what they did to me.. I am frustrated and don't know what's gonna happen to my accounts tomorrow. Please help..
