Peace of mind

Good day

I just would like to praise your employees. I received two fines, one this year and one last yeat and your service was excellent both times.

First fine I received was from a person driving with my number plate. The consaltant that helped me was Nellie Botha. She was amazing she tooked action and sorted my fine out without trouble at all. And kept me updated every step of they way and informed me when the fine was removed/ cancelled from my name. I was so stressed about it and she asured me that she will sort it out and that I dont need to worry at all. She gave me peace of mined and I was thankfull for it.

The second fine, which was mine, was handled by Maryke Oberholze. I was realy suprized at how fast she worked on the fine. I paid my fine on Wednesday and the next day I received a email informing me that the fine was paid. I did not believe it and went on Aarto and with amazement saw my fine was paid. Thanks for the fast service and not leangering on it for weeks/ months. I do appreciate it.

Maryke Oberholze and Nellie Botha are amazing and they ensure that your clients really doesnt need to stress because they have your back. Its not easy finding people to trust. And with these two personal of yours, you feel trust and I have full confidance that your company will always have your clients back.
