PAYOUT NOT FORTHCOMING FOR OVER 2 YEARS
RE: 6882 - J. Ngcongwane - 235 050/V Mosa, at Road Protect has been dealing with me since prior to 22 December 2017. Since then I have all sorts of excuses as to why the damage to my tyre by a pothole claim has, to date not been paid out.
