Pathetic service NEVER use Road Potect

Terrible experience with this company and now it's going to cost me money!? I would never recommend using them...

I app**** for a new license disc through the FNB app when I had just over a months grace period on my disc before expiry. It took over a month for Road Protect to let me know that I had a warrant against my name and they couldn't renew it... The SLA is 2 weeks, it took 4 to tell me this. My disc is now expired so I quickly get the warrant removed and send it back to them as they said this time they will expedite the renewal... I get my disc almost 3 weeks later now being WELL over expiry and during this time a get a written fine which I pass on... This takes 3 months for any action to happen and now they say I must pay it as they were in the SLA of 2 weeks and I am lucky just to get the fine reduced? On top of this is takes days to a week to get any sort of reply... Pathetic service and customer care
