Pathetic service!
Road Protect can not keep to their promises. This is the worst company that I have dealt with ever!
Paid for a licence renewal on 06/01/2020, today 21/01/2020 nothing has been received - just as a side note no reminder as promised. They simply do not reply to emails, no matter how many follow up mails are sent.
Dineo Mashao needs some training as emails are flat out ignored.
Phoned and spoke to Tamryn yesterday and she said fedback will be requested, I was copied in her communication - but this is also being ignored.
Rather save yourself the money and FRUSTRATION!
