Pathetic Incompentent Department - Unable to renew licence

If I could give a lower rating I would!!

I submitted payment on the 19 September for my license to be renewed. It is now the 26 October my license has nearly expired and I don't even have a simple update. I have contacted 3 different departments and an email chain in which road protect staff just keep asking someone else what the progress is. This is absolutely pathetic! It is disgusting that after 6 weeks a company cannot even perform a basic function of their business.
