Outstanding service from Road Protect and Louise Jacobs.

This is the second year I have used Road Protect to organise my vehicle licenses. All went according to plan and received the paperwork within a couple of days, however, not my printed discs because my friend and colleague who bought my 4x4 trailer never put the trailer in his name and therefore had license fees/penalty outstanding.

After some investigation from Louise and follow-ups via email, she came up with the outstanding amount for the trailer and after paying the invoice all was sorted out and 1 day, yes 1 day later, I received all the printed license discs for my vehicles.

What more can I say than, excellent service from Road Protect and Louise, you are a star.
