Our company is on Tiger Wheel Advantage Plus
Our company is on Tiger Wheel Advantage Plus. They did not update the information on one of our vehicles on their system and therefore we did not get notification to renew the vehicle's licence disk. When they did update the information, for some reason we could not renew the licence disk via their portal. we paid via EFT sent them the POP etc, last week, and we were told that they will sort out the issue and get the licence disk urgently, to date we have not received the license disk, and they do not reply to me emails and their phone is on voicemail, I have left voice messages, but they do not call back. Due to them not doing their job, we are sitting with an issue that we have to sort out.

Please note that one of our consultants Chante has been in contact with you regarding the license.
It has been paid for but we depend on the government to send us the license document in order to courier it to you and we did advise you we will let you know immediately once we receive it on our side.
Apologies if you feel the service is not good but there is only so much we can do from our side and unfortunately was not able to assist sooner due to outstanding documents which is required for the renewal to be processed.
I We can confirm that we received the license disc this morning and it will has already been loaded for overnight courier and it should be delivered tomorrow.
