no urgency , no communication, waste of money

I Have been trying to claim for pothole damage for about 2 months. None of the consultants actually call to inform you on the progress, I have emailed lindeni nkosi numerous times with no response. Clearly this is a waste of my money. every time I call the agent says they will call me back. save you money, and do these little insurance with your bank of something. No sense of urgency. zero correspondence, very quick to debit your account. I'm sure its probably impossible to cancel.
