NO SERVICE FROM ROAD PROTECT

If I could I would give 0 stars.

I have been waiting for more than a month for my license to be renewed. I app**** and paid for a license renewal long before it expired and now it has. Still no renewed license.

At this stage I am very upset and very disappointed.

I have sent numerous emails and NO ONE ANSWERS. I have completed the contact page on their website. No one is replying.

I HAVE PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT I AM NOT RECEIVING.

I will report this to FNB. It is unacceptable.

I was stopped yesterday at a roadblock and had to please explain my way out of a ticket. Should I get a ticket I WILL hold Roadprotect liable for the payment of this.
