No Response from FNB, Roadprotect Service for Licence renewal
I have been trying to renew my licence and failed the first attempt. Money was refunded without any communication. Because I am a happy FNB customer I trust this Service I redid it and sent all the documentation and still no response as it show Documents to be provided. I sent the documents again and will now sent again. Also asked to phone me but no responce. At R200 a shot one would expect much better service. Dont fall in the same trap.
