No proof of payment

I was assisted by Mpho. Although he/she sent the invoice quickly after you guys informed me of the fine ( 3 days before the cut off date for payment by the way), I still have not received a proof of payment. I emailed Mpho, no response. I would like to have the proof of payment so that if I am pulled over by metro, I have proof that the fine was paid. Still waiting. I paid the fine on the 22nd of Jan
