No License After 2 Months

I app**** and paid on 26 August 2020 to have my vehicle license disc renewed through Road Protect (Pty) Ltd. Approximately one month later I contacted them directly as no response had been received. I was advised to provide my proof of payment as well as my ID and Proof of Residence as they had to manually link my request to the payment received. I submitted multiple queries though the contact-us and renewals email addresses on their website. I contacted them directly again on 4 November 2020 and was advised they utilise multiple service provider. The consultant was unable to reach the alternative service provider and I left my contact details in order to be called back. This has still not occurred.

A little over 2 months from my application request and payment made I still have no vehicle license disc.
