No confirmation was received regarding delivery of new license

No confirmation was received regarding delivery of new license. However was aked ro rate service before receiving license……Then received sms license will be delivered on Friday. On Friday license was delivered and was shocked to find out wrong license. Luckily my license was delivered in the same area. Clearly driver error. Phone Road protect to only find out that my license is in “process” will be delivered next week….. suprise my license got delivered to the wrong person. Took me and the other client to connect and swap license disk. Shocking service and will cancel this policy. My license was delivered to someone else without even signing, so what would have happened if something went wrong.
